Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the QuoteBind AI software platform ("Service"), provided by QuoteBind AI ("QuoteBind AI," "we," "us," or "our") to independent insurance agencies ("Agency," "you"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuoteBind AI provides automation software for independent insurance agencies, including quote response, lead capture, renewal reminders, and related workflows, delivered under the Core, Pro, and Complete plans described on our Pricing page.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments Inc., which handles billing, sales tax, and payment collection on our behalf. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect to the Service (including your client database), for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for using the Service in compliance with applicable insurance, telemarketing, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Client data

Where the Service connects to your own client database or AMS, that data remains yours. We process it only as needed to operate the Service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, to misrepresent the identity of your agency to clients, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and third-party providers we depend on (communications, hosting, AI providers) may occasionally affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteBind AI's liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription as described in Section 2. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
